Description: Every time when we boot the backtrack machine it asks for user name and password and further if we want to access GUI then again we need to type startx. If you do not want it again and again then this video is for you. In video it is shown how to automate the process of log on on backtrack machine.
For this purpose a utility called "rungetty". Followings are the steps taken in video.
1. apt-get install rungetty
2. gedit /etc/init/tty.conf
Edit the above file according to video and save it.
