Description: JailBreak is a Challenge, with a twist, designed and developed by the nullcon team and held at nullcon Goa 2012. An ultimate game for the adrenaline junkies and players tired of conventional CTFs. Jailbreak tests your pwnage skill level under high stress. The participants are put under house arrest for 36 hrs. The goal of the game is to break out of the jail by solving a computer/security problem given to the participants. The problems can be anything from finding zero day vulnerabilities in popular software, writing exploits, creating a tool to attacking dummy systems. There will be no food, water and toilets provided to the participants by default. Every couple of hours they will be given codes (intermediate problems) to crack. The first team to crack the code will be allowed to step out of the room for 15 minutes in total to cook food, drink water and use the toilet. The first main problem if solved will be considered a successful jailbreak and the team will be freed. Each team is allowed 20 mins talking slot at nullcon Conference. A panel of Judges will give them scores based on their solution and the winners gets away with cash PRIZE.
