Hello Sigfredo:
Can you please explain the Windows XP machine settings so I can replicate the lab??? Are you using XP SP2 or 3? Are the firewall settings on or off? What exploit did you use to get shell? Thanks!!!
Hi esojzuir, you can use Windows Xp with Sp2 or Sp3.. in this video, I got already a meterpreter session opened because i just wanna show the functionality of Windows Security Center, and what happens if we turn off the firewall or antivirus with this Security Center running.. The main concept is first disable Security Center and then proceed to disable other security services (firewall, AV, etc).. in the practice I turn off the firewall with the Security Center running and a warning was displayed, then I disable the Security Center and turn off again the firewall to ensure that any warning will be shown...
To get shell exists differents exploits, all depends if the victim machine is vulnerable, you can take a look to the SMFE videos and see how obtain a remote shell, this topic is very well explained by Vivek
Thanks for writing

zerocool394: Appreciate the time you have been taking to make these videos. In light of the takedown of megaupload, could you please upload the script to another location?
Thank you and I look forward to more of your videos.
@them: Here is the new link http://www.mediafire.com/?ar212bonqzu3r5c thanks for the comment buddy and for reminding me this.. i'll keep making more videos, first finish the Series for SET
You did the demonstration using Windows XP and mentioned that it would be more complicated in Vista and Windows 7. Have you considered making an updated video showing the more advanced technique?
I know you're doing a series dealing with SET and, as you might recall, I am following that with interest. I don't wish to appear impatient about the updated Security Center video as I'm sure that your time is limited!
Hi @Ignatius thanks for your comments and follow my videos series.. Yes I'll do the demo in window vista/7 and of course continue with SET... I'm looking for time to continue with the videos but I've been a little busy for my work and the SMFE certification.. but if you're interested you can research a little about the Action Center which is equivalent to the Security Center to give you an idea, and User Account Control (UAC)
I appreciate that you're busy and I hope that your SMFE certification is going to plan. I will look into the Action Center, as you have recommended.
